Solution How to Order

Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you. Please place all items of interest in our shopping cart, and upon finishing, use our check-out process where you will provide us all the necessary information needed to process your order.

All information is self-explanatory. Shipping options and rates are also provided for domestic U.S. and for international orders once you have entered all your information during the checkout process.

We currently accept orders online through our secure site. Please Submit a Ticket to contact us if you are still experiencing difficulties ordering online.

The shopping cart will not take any orders where items are out of stock.

Alternatively, you can also place your order by mailing to us, or faxing your order with all the payment and shipping details. Please review details on our Knowledgebase.

You usually cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed since we try to process orders as quickly as possible. Please review our Return Policy. An order confirmation page should automatically appear on your screen when your order has been submitted successfully online. NOTE: Your order has not been received if you do not receive this page. Please resubmit your order or contact us for assistance

You will also receive another order confirmation e-mail from us confirming that we have received your order. We will promptly send a shipping confirmation e-mail that identifies your Tracking Number for your package once your order ships from the preferable courier you chose.
