Yet you may be reading this page cause something was less than what you expected, and we regret for it. In the midst of the error or mis-understanding, please remember: We are all people who occasionally make mistakes, and our products are made and delivered by that same species (humans). Please note that even the best companies produce products that are not perfect in every regard, and although we try our best in bringing to you the best products and service, we too are certainly not exempt.

Secondly, we want you to know that we stand by our guarantees & policies to resolve any problem or issue - we think this is good customer service and fair. Although we understand your frustration, we kindly ask you to be as informed, factual and fair as you can when you begin in filing your claim.

Lastly, we also appreciate your patience and cooperation while we resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Please note: since we cannot be liable for lost packages that do not arrive at our warehouse, it may be a good idea to send it using a trackable shipping method.

Our Return Policy

Within 10 days of receipt, any product in new, unused, saleable condition may be returned for a refund. Damaged, dirty or used merchandise CANNOT be returned for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer's option and expense. We do not charge restocking fees on new, unused items, however, we do not refund any shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt. Credit will be issued against your original method of payment.

Exchanges - within 10 days of receipt only.
Should you wish to exchange any product for another item, simply place a new order through our website and return any unwanted merchandise to us for a refund (above). Once we receive your return merchandise in good condition, we will issue a refund less shipping charges.

Defective Product issue - Warranty Replacement by contacting the manufacturer and/or publisher of the product. Please submit a ticket for further information on this regard.

Shipping Error - Claims for lost packages will be processed ONLY when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly. Please contact us by Submit a Ticket on our customer service helpdesk to notify us of your shipping issue. Should your organization or office refuse delivery of any package, and the package is returned to us, we will automatically treat this as a refund. If you would like us to redeliver, you will need to place another order with us or submit a ticket for review of your order.
